4. For what purposes and on what legal basis is your data processed?
The core business of our company is agricultural and construction services and the distribution of firewood and animal feed, as well as all related technical and commercial services. Data processing is carried out to achieve these purposes and in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, the Federal Data Protection Act and all other relevant laws.
a) For the implementation and fulfillment of a contract or for pre-contractual matters

The primary purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill contracts with our customers, suppliers and service providers. This also includes the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

We are also subject to various legal obligations, i.e. legal requirements, such as tax regulations, customs regulations, etc.
